The Firm also works in interaction with other professionals such as occupational health physicians, accountants and legal and human resources teams in order to support the strategic decision making; serving as a representative in labor processes in general, judicial and administrative, including support to clients to establish appropriate provision values, labor liabilities reduction strategies; with the interaction of other subcontracted professionals as experts and local counsels; and with highly complex labor processes as a result of the value or of the strategic importance, such as executive grievances, labor disputes (including strikes) and civil suits.
